The Difference Between IoT and IIoT

The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), is IoT that focuses solely within industries. This is to transform the way in which business can work and to maximize efficiency. These systems connect Operational Technology (OT) with their Information Technology (IT). The whole point of IIoT is to ensure that machinery is consistently more accurate and proficient than humans. These systems are in place to improve and transform the connectivity of their products and services to both their customers and their suppliers.
