WEB CONTROL ENHANCEMENT OPTIONS

New routine to split down works orders totals into smaller batch sizes dependant on a customer process, but still linking the individual works orders to fulfil demand.
Example: MRP creates works orders with qty of 150, however manufacturing processes only allow for smaller batches, enter maximum batch number i.e. 25 and the process will split the larger works order into 6 individual linked works orders.
Easy Rebates provides the ability to set rebate rates on suppliers and customers, calculate and report rebates on sales and purchase transactions, process accruals and to generate claims that book the financial impact. Includes contract pricing modification.
Saved searches for each overdue range that the user sets. Utilising workflows to auto send out email templates based on the reports result. The last overdue range will email and place the customer on credit hold.
Capture alcohol percentages and duty rates against individual items. When sales order lines are created the duty figure is pulled through. This is then included in the invoice creation. When paying HMRC the supplier modification will pull through all unpaid duty costs onto the bill record.
The ability to select all items held in a single bin and batch move them to another bin location without having to select each item individually.
Standard NetSuite will list all payment terms for both AR and AP in one list and can be selected when assigning payment terms to either suppliers or customers. This small configuration splits the terms out to only show the AP terms on supplier processes and only AR terms on customer processes.
Automatically moves stock into preconfigured WIP bins which will work with standard NetSuite manufacturing mobile application. Currently this is a process that has to be completed in standard NetSuite forms and not through the manufacturing mobile application.

Our ERP product configurator is a tool integrated within NetSuite to automate and streamline the configuration of made-to-order products. It allows companies to customize products according to customer specifications without the need for extensive manual input or the potential for human error.

Create a new configured order by simply copying or modifying an existing configured order or quote. Our configurator allows the user from one screen to build a unique part and add all the components it requires based on preset options and questions. Our configurator tool is self manageable to configure your unique parts and add them to either Quotes or Sales Orders. You can also add manufacturing notes and build data. It includes the ability to add BOM revsions. Make multiple revisions of the same configuration while maintaining a history of the revisions and who created them.

Our advanced configurator tool will even build unique routing records creating operations based on the components and options added. In one single process build a unique part with a unique bill of materials and routing and add to either a quote or sales order. Create a special order item, once sales order approved your works order will be created with the unique BOM and Routing record attached ready to build. Option to include additional features such as labour and operational costs that are included in the new product costs.
