In this phase the system and software design is prepared from the requirement specifications that were studied in the first phase

On receiving system design documents, the work is divided into units and coding is started. This is the main part for our developers

Testing begins against the requirements to make sure that the product is solving the needs gathered during the requirements phase

After successful testing the product is delivered and deployed to the customer for their use. This might be done in stages

In the final stage, support and maintenance is carried out on the product depending on the agreed terms at the beginning of the project

OneDocs Implementation

Having been users of Web-forms and working with Web Control for many years we were fully aware of the issues that Web-forms gives us and the limitations of the software. So when Web Control approached us regarding a change to their new solution that eradicate all those issues I was sceptic.

OneDocs Installation

We opted to implement OneDocs to give our process a simple way of emailing, printing and archiving our data and essential forms. We included all our reports and documents to give us more flexibility in how we export our data and provide a basis for workflow on our processes should we require it.

We wanted to implement a system that would help us move to a near paperless office, being originally reliant upon old generation band printers with limited support this was a business risk, we found that OneDocs was an ideal solution for this. Giving us the opportunity to automate many of our processes and develop professional documents and permitting these to be output on general multi-functional devices.

Our experience with Web Control was very good. They ensured we were notified of the timescales involved and kept us updated at every stage of the project to ensure a professional and efficient service.
